GREELEY, Colo. (Weld County D.A.) – A Greeley man accused of killing two people, including a well-known Greeley-based trumpet player, has been formally charged in Weld District Court. Kevin Dean Eastman, 48,was charged Monday with the following: COUNT 1: MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE (F1) COUNT 2: MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE (F1) COUNT 3: TAMPERING WITH A DECEASED HUMAN BODY (F3) COUNT 4: TAMPERING WITH A DECEASED HUMAN BODY (F3) COUNT 5: TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE (F6) COUNT 6: TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE (F6) COUNT 7: POSSESSION OF A WEAPON BY PREVIOUS OFFENDER Eastman is accused of killing Stanley Scott Sessions and Heather Frank earlier this month. A bond hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 25, at 1:00 p.m. in Division 16.
