GREELEY, Colo. (Weld County D.A.) – A Larimer County man is facing 19 charges in Weld County District Court after shooting and killing a man, and strangling a female child, at a Windsor home on October 30. Trevor George, 32, has been formally charged with: COUNT 1: MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE - AFTER DELIBERATION (F1) COUNT 2: MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE – FELONY MURDER (F1) COUNT 3: CRIMINAL ATTEMPT TO COMMIT MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE (F2) COUNT 4: CRIME OF VIOLENCE (SE) COUNT 5: ASSAULT IN THE FIRST DEGREE (F3) COUNT 6: CHILD ABUSE RESULTING IN SERIOUS BODILY INJURY (F3) COUNT 7: AGGRAVATED ROBBERY (F3) COUNT 8: FIRST DEGREE BURGLARY (F3) COUNT 9: SECOND DEGREE BURGLARY (F3) COUNT 10: CRIMINAL ATTEMPT TO COMMIT ROBBERY (F5) COUNT 11: AGGRAVATED MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT IN THE FIRST DEGREE (F4) COUNT 12: AGGRAVATED MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT IN THE FIRST DEGREE (F4) COUNT 13: MENACING (F5) COUNT 14: MENACING (F5) COUNT 15: MENACING (F5) COUNT 16: MENACING (F5) COUNT 17: POSSESSION OF A WEAPON BY PREVIOUS OFFENDER (F6) COUNT 18: THEFT (F6) COUNT 19: UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (DM1) Formal charges were filed in Weld County District Court on Wednesday, November 4. George appeared in front of a judge for an advisement hearing on Thursday, November 5. His next court appearance is scheduled for December 21 at 10:30 a.m. in Division 16.
