Important Information
During this difficult time, it is important that we do our part to respond to the COVID-19 health concerns.
We are committed to protecting victim rights and making the necessary arrangements to ensure that your voice can be heard in a safe manner as well as discussing financial needs through the Crime Victim Compensation Program.
Please contact your Victim Witness Assistant to discuss options for appearing at court hearings, - and/or to receive updates on the status of the case. Please know that calls may come from a blocked number.
If you need to meet with someone in person at the District Attorney's Office, we would ask that you call and make an appointment as many staff are working remotely.
We thank you for your time, patience, and consideration during this trying period.
Please feel free to call us at (970) 400-4746. You can also send an email to weldvictimwitness@weldgov.com or weldvictimcompensation@weldgov.com.
